question Zetor 8011 engine rebuild torqe values

After replacing head gasket, valves and machining the head I still have water in the engine oil. I now pulled the cylinder liners and replaced the lot, liners, pistons, rings, mainbearings and conrod bearings. I haven't got a workshop manual but thought I would share the torque values I got off...

Motorpal injector pump leak fixed on 8011

I blew the head gasket on my 8011. To fix that I had to remove the fuel tank, take the head off, get it resurfaced and valve seats ground, new valves insertted. Then. I stripped the injection pump after watching a tutorial on YouTube on " motorpal" search result. Thisbrought me to a video where...

5745, 3 point hydraylics, hydraulich power take off and PTO not working

Had the top off the gear box and the back end. I figured out that with PTO/pump you had to move the high - low ratio leaver and the hydraulic pump started working. Was good taking a peak under the covers and a thorough clean of the rear end and all possible filters.

5745, 3 point hydraylics, hydraulich power take off and PTO not working

I finally got round to start looking for my problem. For l e j found I had a lot of moisture in the sump. Nothing seems broken or bent from the PTO/hydraulic gear lever, link or gear fork. When I turn the PTO shaft on the back it turns freely in the neutral and hydraulic pump only positions. The...

5745, 3 point hydraylics, hydraulich power take off and PTO not working

Thanks, I have tried all positions with no luck. I moved the lever with engine running and could feel something selecting. Tried the same thing with engine off and you can hear gears beeing moved inside. Does that mean the PTO is hydraulic driven ? Being stationary I could not select PTO driving...

5745, 3 point hydraylics, hydraulich power take off and PTO not working

I bought this tractor off an old friend who had it sitting around outside for a long time. power steering problem on 5745

I recently got a 5745 of my friend. It's a great tractor. In fact I just about like it better than my 8011, which is a great tractor but the little one I see all round where visibility is reduced on the Crystal due to the size and cab. The first thing I had to do on the 5745 was replace one...

fitting a loader on to my Crystal 8011

I plumed up the second option, the 3pl worked, then i tried the bucket ram, working (double acting), main ram and i pulled and pushed on the leaver, the only thing that happened was the oil started leaking out of the side of the hydraulic pump, looks like it has a split in the casing. do i need...
