    broken cable would only effect one service not lift and bucket tip together. can you check the supply pressure to the spool valve? , 2500 psi sounds about right, if the releif valve in the spool is dumping all the pressure its not sealing.... worn seat/plunger seal or weak spring. a washer...

    do you park with the handbrake applied? if you do it could be ice or frozen mud jamming the linkage. as the linkages and even the slave cylinders are all visible on the crystal it should be easy to see if thats the problem.

    you can always get the trailer body down by carefully loosening the coupling off the end of the tipping pipe... crack it slowly to let the oil dribble into a container. youll probably find you cant connect the line to a tractor to let it down because its pressurised by the weight of the trailer...

    to me 2 inches of pedal travel without any slave cylinder movement would suggest a master cylinder problem. id do a new cylinder before pulling the clutch apart.

    6711 was pretty common in england during the seventies have to say id never heard of a 4611 until this week in england it was 11 series without a factory cab, lots had duncan cabs fitted 18 series had the zetor cab 45 series was 4wd 35, 45 hp were 3 cylinder 55 and 65 hp were 4 cylinder...
