After replacing head gasket, valves and machining the head I still have water in the engine oil. I now pulled the cylinder liners and replaced the lot, liners, pistons, rings, mainbearings and conrod bearings.
I haven't got a workshop manual but thought I would share the torque values I got off...
I blew the head gasket on my 8011. To fix that I had to remove the fuel tank, take the head off, get it resurfaced and valve seats ground, new valves insertted.
