I looked at a 4911 today, only problem is that the hydraulic remote lever felt loose as in it did nothing, and the three point hitch didn't work. The pump was turning ( I could hear it) and it had oil in the transmission. I had all the levers in the right position. Any idea what could be wrong...

Hi. I have recently acquired a 6945 and it doesn't want to start without starting fluid. It doesn't have glow plugs or any sort of starting aid. And when it does start there is a lot of white smoke(unburned fuel). Is this normal for these models? What can I do to change it, rebuild injectors...

I recently bought an older style 6945 and I plan to fix it up. Its cosmetically rough. Im looking for a grille for it but cant seem to find one anywhere. Part number is 6911 5303. Unless it changed up to a new part number. Anyone know where I might be able to get one. Im in Canada.
