Hi dif Farmer, the torque is working and the pto will turn off with the leaver to the right of the seat it's just the pto leaver at the steering wheel that won't turn off the pto. I hope it's not the torque pump and I think I read somewhere that the tractor must be split to install a new one...

Thanks Ricc. That's right it seems like that , I can actually stop it with my hand when it's turned off or if I drop the revs to 900rpm. I didn't get to attach an impliment as its in the shed! Just replaced the head gasket. So it's normal for that to happen? Haven't much experience with zetors

Hi, I'm replacing the head gasket for a Zetor 8111. Does anyone know the pressure that the cylinder head should be torqued too? My torque ratchet is in n/m. Thanks.

Thanks for replying. It turned out the draft control leaver towards the right of the seat in the cab was ceased on constant pump and when i managed to released it the pump stopped heating. There doesn't seem to be an external control leaver though. Where can I find it? Also the ventilation...

Hi, I recently bought a Zetor 8111 (Duncan Cab). I noticed the hydraulic pump on the left hand side of the tractor getting very hot at idle. It would burn you if you touched it. I then installed a new pump but the new pump is getting hot too. Can anyone advise of what may be the problem? Thanks...
