Diyfarmer, lets say I install the new clutch cables and I put the hydraulic/pto lever all the way down and the 3point hitch still doesn't work. What's the next approach should I take? Just trying to think ahead.

So the hand clutch is broke. Does that clutch have to be pulled to engaged the hydraulic pump/pto lever or can I use the foot clutch just to test it to see if it works. The cable looks bad on the hand clutch.
