The brake cylinder seems to be functioning okay. It seems like the brakes inside are where the problem lies. I'll look into this some more this evening and post what I find. We really don't want to take it to the dealer as they charge an arm and a leg just for labor.

We were out cutting hay and the left brake partially locked up. When this happened it also caused the PTO hand clutch to not disengage. We are thinking that the left brake broke inside the housing and is somehow causing the pto to malfunction as well. How do you access the brakes on this thing...
