  1. 3320 loss of power

Doug, whats the best way to test the fuel pump to determine if that is te cause of the problem? Kevin
  2. 3320 loss of power

My 3320 has started to loose power and sometimes dies on me, however it doesn not do this every tie i use it. It seems to happen more often when it is under load, or is going up an incline in a higher gear. Normally, I can push the clutch in, and it will spitter and sputter for about a minute...
  3. 3320 w/ 100 loader (weak loader hydraulics)

Well, then I definitely hav a seal issue. How big of a deal is that?
  4. 3320 w/ 100 loader (weak loader hydraulics)

Here's a question for the hydraulic experts, how long would one expect a lift, that is raised to it's maximum, to drop to the ground once a tractor is turned off? I am planning on finding out, but I am going to guess that it doesnt take but a few minutes. Does this point to the lift cylinders...
  5. 3320 w/ 100 loader (weak loader hydraulics)

Yes Renze, you are correct. I started by putting a pressure gauge on each circuit, and come up with the verical lift cylinders were just over half the psi of the tilt cylinders. I took your advice and switched the quick connects, and still showed the same problem with the tilt being strong...
  6. 3320 w/ 100 loader (weak loader hydraulics)

Thanks Renze, that was some great suggestions. So today, I switched the lines on the loader, to see if it exhibted the same porblem, and sure enough, it did. That should have eliminated the spool valve, right? So now it seems to point toward the loader lift cylinders, sounds like. How should...
  7. 3320 w/ 100 loader (weak loader hydraulics)

Sounds like some useful information. My problem may be a combination of both the cylinders and the spool valve. It has a difficult time lifting an empy bucket up at times, so I can't really judge how quick it would drop a loaded bucket. I would say if I lift an empty bucket up in the air, and...
  8. 3320 w/ 100 loader (weak loader hydraulics)

It doesnt sink immediately, but it does over time. How long should one expect it to stay raised without sinking? If this is the problem, what all is involved with fixing it? Thanks, Kevin
  9. 3320 w/ 100 loader (weak loader hydraulics)

My loader seems to be very weak at times, and it seems to weaken as i use it. It will barley lift a half bucket of dirt, and sometimes wont even do that. the tilt on the bucket seems fine, so I wouldnt think the pump would be the culprit. I put a pressure gauge on the loader lift, and it is...
  10. Front Hydraulic Lift Problems

I have a Zetor 3320 with a Zetor 100 front hydraulic lift system, typically lifting hay in the winter and dirt during the summer. The lift capacity has gotten lower and lower, and now it seems to struggle to raise the lift under no load. What's odd is when I tilt the forks/bucket up or down...
  11. Brake Master Cylinder 3320

One of my brake master cylinders began to leak a couple of months ago. How hard are the cylinders to change? Is there a right and a left, or a universal cylinder?
  12. High/Low Shift Lever

I was shifting my high/low gear lever yesterday and it was unusually hard to shift. I tried to force it, and broke something. Now the lever moves freely, and is stuck in high gear. What did I break? How do I fix it? I need low gear, every once in a while.
