My 3pl will go down approx half way and then stop and won't go down under its own weight. Any ideas?

behind the return line there is a screw inside the 3pt cover. Its from some kind of drop valve. Take a screwdriver and a hammer and tap on it, mostly it frees up the valve again.

Check the flow control valve under the seat hasn't got screwed in
