12145 starter repair

My 1990 tractor has 1750 hours; and the starter will often
not engage properly. This is a 12/24v arrangment.
where is a good place for repair; and who has the best
price on a new starter? thanks, steve

My neighbor has a Zetor 12145 with 3000 hours, front wheel assist loaded up with weights, tires are decent shape, can anyone give me a ballpark figure? Thanks
