12245 zetor dose not shift to 3rd

my 12245 zetor it not shifting to 3rd gear but it will shift to 1st 2nd 4th but not 3rd need help
i got mixed up yesterday that i sad it was stuck in 3rd gear i ment that it wont shift to 3rd gear

does it go into 3rd with engine switched off??? if it does there is no problem with gear lever mecanism this only means you either have buggered 3rd gear or broken selector on 3rd gear but if 3rd is useless with engine switched off then gear lever needs looking at

when shifting to 3rd stick wont leave neutral its solid but shifts 1 2 4. good could it have come off the selector. what hp is this tractor 12245 non turbo

this is funny problem??? gearlever solid when trying to shift into 3rd goes into all other gears unless...the selector has jumped off the gear??? but i cant see how this can happen, or... the tractor has not been used for many years and 3rd gear has rusted onto the shaft or bolt has come out of selector mounting and selector has jammed its self in funny place??? i think it is about 120hp???
