14145 tractor

I am looking for information on my 14145 tractor. need to know the age and value in this tractor. originally sold in canada, it was never sold in the U.S. new. AS I understand the story, It is one of two in this country. any help would be appreciated. thanks

"94 zetor for sale,14145 model,this tractor is in mint condition, only 4000 hours. Tyres 80% all round, alot of money spent on restoring tractor.Great value for 10500"...This is an ad from a tractor dealer in Ireland. You would buy it for 9000 or less than CAN $15,000 on a straight deal.

Can you date it from its registration plate? If not there is a plate on the engine block which will give year of manufacture.
