We have a 1995 Zetor 3340 that has been sitting for several years. The tractor runs great but we can't get the hydraulics to work. The PTO works fine. Could the hydraulic pump be bad or is it something else more simple?
If the hydraulic pump needs to be replaced, can you tell me where it is? I have a shop manual but its not very easy to understand. Any help would be much appreciated.

Hi

Try bleeding the pump by loosening the pressure pipe a little on top of the pump with the engine ticking over. You won't get wet if you're careful !

Mike

The pump is on the left bottom side on the front of the engine, there is a lever for disengaging the pump infront of the pump check that its engaged first
