The clutch on my 3340 zetor gets hot when I use it for more than 2 or three hours at one time what would cause it to heat up and smell like brakes hot it still works even when it is hot tractor only has about 800 hours on it

Do you put the PTO lever back in neutral and drop the PTO clutch lever again, or do you drive with the lever up for extended periods ?

Or drive around resting foot on the clutch pedal keeping the pedal half pressed in all the time.
