2511 brakes seized

The brakes are seized on a 2511 I am trying to bring back from the dead.
What is the best way to get into the brakes. I have removed all the nuts where the brakes are located.
The shoes are seized up tight against the brake drum.

If it is the handbrake bands on outside of the drum that are stukk
you can remove the ventplates on topp of the housing and undo the adjustment nuts and viht a bar nok them lose.
