My 3011 is refusing to start..:(
And the last time it ran it did so for like a minute because the tanklid wasn't lething air in the tank so creating a vacuum)
and it didn't run in 18 moths because I'd blown the starter relais to pieces after that
first we thougt that, that happened because we forgot the 'choke' that day in combination with the tanklid but with a new relais, cleaned tanklid and the knob on, it didn't work.
and because the relais didn't work either we thought that the battery was empty so I charged it
The relais worked but the tractor didn't
so I thought that the starter aureole was greasy ( I read that somewhere on this site;) ) so we cleaned the both cog wheels, and stil it didn't worked
So I thougt that the brushes inside the starter may worn out.
but that wasn't the problem either???
So I don't know anymore
no water came into the engine
all the flueds are ok.
everything is concted proberly
I bled the fuelline again and no air was coming out.
So I realy don't know any more
can anybody help

Start off by checking that you have diesel flowing OK. Then start changing rubber fuel hoses (they crack and let air in). If starter is not working, can you tow start your tractor?

With a 3011 the fuel pump is gravity fed from the tank so i dont think it will let air in...

Does the tractor smoke when you crank it ?

last it ran it did smoke a lot..
but we found a possible error in the starter..
A wire had come loose and jamed it..so fingers crossed that that is the problem..

i mean does it smoke when you turn the engine with the starter ?
If there is no smoke, there is no fuel injected.

it doesn't do a thing at all..:(
and we can't tow start the tractor tom..:(:(
and we don't know why to..
but I got a call lately that tha starter was in so bad shape that is wat beter to buy a new one..
because of 2 reasons..
the first.. because the old one.. stopped the motor ( read crankshaft) turning..???
and the secon reason was because the old one exploded on the testing device, because of all the worn out bits..:(
so that problem would be solved with a new starter;)

oke we got it turning now.. but we don't know how to get it off anymore..we tried turning the gasleverto nothing, and every button we could find.. now we just stall it by putting it in gearand let the clutch go.. but is that the right way..???????

The tracktor is ment to stop ven the trotle is turnd down, maybe your handtrotle wire is snagd somvere or a link is bent so the arm on the govenor dont go all the way down.

Does it have the small knob gas pedal, or the bent rod like on a 4712 ?? the lever on our 4712 used to seize on the pipe it turned into, on the front of the steps.
