hi, think the forums misbehaving for a start!!
does anyone know if there are any differences between 3045 and 3545 gearboxes with regards to having 4wd in both high and low ranges?
and secondly if i pressure test the hydraulic system at the spool valve will this narrow down the problems im having with the 3 point linkage?
thanks in advance

not much difference at all between 3045 and 3545. 4wd must only be used in high range. if you use it in low range the front axle still goes at a high speed. causing something to go bang, usually the diff!

whats the problem with the hydraulics, pressure testing at the spool will tell you what condition your pump is in to a degree.
