Im new to this forum, But seems like you all are very helpful.

Im needing some help .
I have a 3320 Zetor I bought for a really good price. The engine runs like a clock, But im having issues with the 3 Point Hitch not rising. The guy I bought it from said it use to work which it did because I done saw it work once before. I done tried moving the lever at the bottom and the only thing that works is the PTO. The lever is very hard to move.

Can anyone help me out and tell me what part I need to check to find the problem.

Did you try the left lever on the floor between your legs, see it's in the right position to work the lift, then pull the hand clutch and shift the lever to these 4 positions, fully up closest to the seat is ground drive, next notch down is neutral, next down is PTO and hydraulic pump drive and final notch down is hydraulic pump drive only. So you need the lever fully down first and see will the lift rise.

So the hand clutch is broke. Does that clutch have to be pulled to engaged the hydraulic pump/pto lever or can I use the foot clutch just to test it to see if it works. The cable looks bad on the hand clutch.

No you need to pull the hand clutch to control the lever on the floor, the foot clutch is not for that.

Diyfarmer Thanks for the help . Do you know a website I can go on to purchase the hand clutch lever and the cable.

Sweet Thanks. I will also purchase the handle just incase. Thanks for the help . Once I receive these parts I will install and update you with the results.

I'd say it is the same lever for both functions, a 7011 would have the same format as your tractor. Zetor often make parts to fit many models to save money.

Diyfarmer, lets say I install the new clutch cables and I put the hydraulic /pto lever all the way down and the 3point hitch still doesn't work. What's the next approach should I take?

Just trying to think ahead.

You be looking at a pump or O rings in the lift cylinder under the lift cover, but you can't test any of theses if the floor lever isn't in the right position.
