4011 clutch

hi, can anyone explain how to correctly use the clutch to engage the pto, what's the little hand lever linked to the pedal? I've managed to rotavate ok but would like to do it with a little less crunching.

Does the PTO stop when you press the clutch pedal all the way down?

no, not that i remember

It sould stop, and you are pressing the pedal all the way to the flor?
How much free play du you have on the pedal? It might be in need of a adjustment.

And the little lever?
