I am replacing all hoses because the tractor Zetor 4340 is hart do start after standing a day or more. On The backside of the injection-pump there are two banjo's. The return hose frome The injectors going to the first and from this banjo there is a second hose going to a T-tube which is connected to the second banjo and also by a hose to the tank-return.
Can anybody explain the functions of these banjo's? Are there any non-return or pressure-valve inside the banjo's.

I can see that the return hose to the main diesel tank goes via a small tank, about 3 l, placed above the engine on the hod. What is this for??
Thank you
Hazze
