any help will be appritiated,4341 jumping out of revers.i have replaced the shifting fork,still same problem,comes out ever time in even if you hold the shifter in revers

It sounds like the edges are worn off the reverse gear teeth. I have had this problem before and managed to extend the inevitable gearbox strip by altering the position of the selector spring slot on the selector rod. I welded the slot up and then ground a new slot slightly further along the rail so the gears meshed a bit deeper. You could also washer the selector lock spring up to make it stronger.
