4341 OSRS instability

I have just experienced instability with this tractor. The left rear tire rotates slower than the right. This makes it "slide", especially when in reverse and backing into the barn. I have checked the tire pressure....I am at a loss. I would appreciate any ideas as to what the problem may be.

It sounds like your L/H brake is binding.

Thank you for the reply. How would I go about solving the problem with the L/H brake.
