4718 more power

Hello. I have a Zetor 4718 from 1974. Have some question about it.
Does anyone know how to get some more power out of it just by adjusting the dieselpump?
2. I have lak of power on the lift of the hydraulic in the back. Is it the pump that is bad?

screw the cold start button further out.

Will that make it more diesel from the pump?
How many turns should i do.?is it the the screw that the cold start button sit on?

Yes, there is a counternut over the cold start button housing. how much, well that depends on how expensive your fuel is. If its free, you can take another 5hp with thick black smoke and a high fuel consumption, but if fuel is expensive, its better to settle for the first 10-15hp gain with light grey smoke.
