I'm just wondering if a 4911 and a 6945 have the same components from the clutch and back and if there are differences what are they? With the exception of the 4wd components of course. Also I'm wondering if the engine out of a 6945 will fit in a 7245 without too much difficulty. I'm pretty sure it is the same engine with the exception of the fuel pump lubrication system.

4911 gearbox i'm not sure. But 6911 engine will bolt right to a 7245. Older engines have smaller intske valves

The gearbox and rearend on the 49 and 5011 are unick to these tractors and in esense an upgrade of the 4711.

The 4712 has the same gear wheels as the 3011 but longer shafts. Our 5245 gearbox casting number started with 6011 so the casting was identical. The gear wheels were partly from the 5911 with a different ratio than 6211. 7245 and 7745 had higher speeds in 1-4 to reduce the load on the components
