Its a typo or do you realy have a vineyard tractor Zetor 5043 (a Zetor 5011 as small vineyard version with 4x4 front axle)?
I think will be hard to find, but you can also use the manuals made for Zetor 5011 to 7045 and combine them with the ones for Zetor 5213 or 5243. (for front axle).
Or you take a look at the donwload portal from Zetor tractors a.s.
