5211 engine trouble

I have blowby on my 5211.#1 cylinder is the problem. Can you unstick the rings without a in frame rebuild?

You could try the brakefluid trick, take the ingjecktor out and fill som dot3 or 4 brakefluid inn the cylinder and let it soak for a week or so then clean out the bore whit diesel and change oil before startupp.
