My 5340 will run great for a while, sometimes for hours and then it will suddenly stop (usually somewhere inconvenient 69) )
Sometimes it starts right up again and sometimes it takes a lot of cranking and priming and sometimes I just have to go away and start it up later which it usually does readily. It mostly occurs under load(going up a hill is a great way to trigger the problem)but also sometimes doing light work. It always starts up easily from cold with no priming and generally runs well until warm. At that point it becomes prone to stalling.
Most threads here point to air getting into the fuel system somehow so I'm going to drop the tank and clean it out and check all the lines and connections from one end to the other but I'm wondering is there anything else I should be checking while I'm at it?
Any help would be appreciated
Dave
