5511 blown head gasket

Hi all, I have just bought a 5511, with a blown #1 head gasket, looking forward to repairing it and haveing a drive. Does this model have many problems i should look out for ? I will do a full service & change all oils & filters etc, any recomendations ? I look forward to any replies. Regards Mike.

Gaskets should be easy to get.

If you service it, change the oil and fuel filters. The oil filter, is a rotating one, you can open it and clean it. look for the marks for proper re-assembly position.
