When I lift the PTO "handbrake" it should stop the PTO and hydraulics?
And if it should where should I look to fix it? Coz mine doesn't.
 
adjust the pressure fingers through the hatch on the side of the bellhousing (make sure you adjust the PTO clutch fingers not the drive clutch fingers, 3 for each clutch)
If that doesnt work you'll notice when the buttress caps are worn or the levers worn through.
