6011 water pump rebuild

Has anyone done this ?? I have got the front pulley off and the seal out but now I am stuck .
what way do you press the shaft etc out ?from the front ? can anyone help please

hello i only put in a new water pump into my 12145 on monday but the shop didn't say anything about repairing my old one it's throw away yours and buy new one

One time the garage did like an exchange of pumps, you leave in the old one and get back a recon one with somebody else's pulley

A bit like gas cylinders, you have to bring back the old one.

The shaft comes out the same way as the pulley.

Are you able to get parts for repairing it? Because as Brandy said they don't repair them here anymore.

I don't know why they stopped repairing them, you imagine be more environmentally friendly to keep recycling them.
