6211 clutch problem

hi folks iam looking for some advice on a clutch problem on my 6211 I have been tedding hay with it the past few days and everything was going great, until I was shifting gear let out clutch pedal and no move , after about a minute or two it suddenly decided to move , but this problem has occurred twice since. I did install both clutch cylinders new about 6 months ago and I bled slave cylinder this morning, but there didn't seem to be any air in it , or I have no fluid leaks ,the only thing I notice is the pedal is a bit slow to return from the pressed postion. and pedal is almost fully out before tractor moves off, but has been like this a long time now, just wondering if some of you folks have come across this issue before ,
