My Allied 594 loader has a front hydrallic pump in addition to the internal pump. This helped the speed of my lift. The problem is that the pump seized and broke off the shaft. Can I go back to just using the internal pump? The other question would be where to look for a replacement pump and how much that would cost? Thanks for any help.
You could just use the tractors internal hydraulic pump but your lifting capacity will be reduced.
As a matter of interest, how was the front hydraulic pump on the loader driven? Electric??
As regards a replacement, Allied are part of Buhler so try this link to locate a delaer/distributor:

I have a Zetor(Allied) 594 loader that I want to connect to my main hydrallic system. What is the best way to accomplish this. It was connected to a front pump that no longer works. It has a control valve that is connected to a joy stick. Will I still be able to use that joy stick. Do I have to connect the loader to my remotes?
In reply to Rob, this question comes up regularly so it is in the forum archives. There should also be a diagram in the gallery that Tom drew up to help you.
