6245 wont turn

I have a 6245 and the steering just quit turning. I check the filter and the plates in the pump. You cant turn the steering wheel either moving or the tires off of the ground...... HELP !

I have a 6245 and the steering just quit turning. I check the filter and the plates in the pump. You cant turn the steering wheel either moving or the tires off of the ground...... HELP !

Something else is wrong here because even if the power steering pump is gone you would still be able to turn the wheels with difficulty, if you jack up the front it would be easier but if you can't turn the steering at all, it's more like something has seized on the axle or broken in the steering box.
