New guy, I found you through google, great to know you are here.

The clutch pedal on my 1995 6320 goes to the floor, fluid pours out the drain at the bottom of the bell housing. It of course doesn't shift. The brakes still have pressure.

Earlier posts here concerning clutches indicate that the brake and clutch cylinders should stop functioning at the same time as they share a reservoir. Maybe that is not true for this model?

What do you think is the problem? What does anyone here suggest for a solution?

thanks

Hi,

The fluid shouldn't be coming from the bottom of the bell housing, it is probably coming from the slave cylinder half way up the outside of the bell housing on the L/H side. The fluid reservoir is shared but probably has enough in it to keep the brakes working.
The solution is to replace the slave cylinder. (Don't try to re-seal it).

Regards

Mike

I have a 2003 6341. Had clutch and brake leaks. The clutch will go before the brakes because the outlet line for the clutch is above the line for the brakes.
