6321 Hydraulic lift stuck up

Ive got a 6321 with the hydraulic lift stuck up. The position control is also stuck in the P position. If I run the lift control it will strain the engine in the up position but nothing when in the lower position. I am looking for insights on what I need to do.

It must be a linkage problem in handle not engaging when you lower the handle its has come out of place inside and its stuck inside in the up position
