6341 High/Low range ?

Hi All,

Has anyone got a parts diagram for the high/low range lever and selector for a 2004 6341 ?

A friend of mine is having difficulty engaging the low range on his tractor.

I had a look at it today & the lever is working OK outside the gearbox housing & I was wondering if the 6341 has a rollpin on the selector shaft inside the gearbox lid ?

I was able to select low range twice after trying 15 - 20 times.
So there is no problem with the reduction itself.

Any advice ?

busted C-pin that connects the lever to the shaft.

Is this C-pin internal ?

The lever looks to be working from outside, I assume I will have to lift the gearbox lid ?

No, its in the lever where it rotates on the shaft that goes into the gearbox cover. (it should not rotate ON the shaft but WITH the shaft, which is most probably your problem)
