Does anyone have an exploded view of the transfer case on a 2006 model Zetor 6341?
I can't seem to figure out why it will not disengage the front axles. Air pressure is good, cylinder is moving good. It's got me puzzled. Thanks.

I can only assume that a fork slides a gear to engage the front differenial. With that said, it appears that the link from the air cylinder to the transfer case has become flexible - probably from the constant pressure. I can actually move that link by hand at leasttwo inches after disconnecting it from the air cylinder.
That tells me it's seen its better days. But without knowing how it connects inside the box, I can't just pull it out. It may not hurt anything but then it might just leave a pin or key issue the box.
What I plan to do is determine the actual travel of the cylinder and then modify the link.
Will post the results.
Thanks

What I finally decided to do was drill the link closer to the pivot point.
First I had to remove and rotate the air cylinder 180 degrees. In order to move the clevis towards the pivot point (where the shaft comes out of the transfer case), I needed to rotate the cylinder to keep the air line connection from rubbing on a hydraulic hose.
I then drilled a hole for the clevis pin 2" up the link. After reinstalling everything I checked the travel, which turned out to be within 1/8" of the total travel if the air cylinder.
I do quite a bit of land clearing and evidently hit a snag or caught a vine on the linkage. Over time this weakened the metal and allowed it to become flexible.

Thank you for sharing info!

This is what forums is all about. Even though you had to find out for yourself this could help someone else later :)

Thank you sir!
