6718 brakes - and - front end loader

I recently bought a 6718[/] model Zetor[/] Tractor (year 1978 ). The old girl is a runner but needs a little (OK, maybe a lot of) restoration to bring her nearer to her former glory.
My first job is to get a quote for replacement of brakes (parts and labour)[/][/]. She brakes in reverse but not in forward. Anyone know of a mechanic/workshop who will quote for and undertake this work?I am based near Okehampton (Devon, UK).
I am also looking for a
user manual which will better help me identify various parts/components
UK supplier of various parts e.g. hydraulic hoses, throttle 'kill' cable etc..
a second hand front loader for Madame Zetor - OE loaders seem to be in short supply - are there any other makes of loader which would fit the 6718?
