I just bought a 7045 with loader on front
Had handbrake and pto hand clutch seized so freed them up and pulled them and now dont have hydraulic on loader or pto not working any ideas?? also not sure if pto worked properly at the start of my playing,
brakes are not working well on left and nothing on right so master cylinder will be replaced

Is the hand clutch cable stuck so it keeps pulling it free whilst the lever is down ?

Hi it looks like it is free on the cable as its going all the way back,
can it get stuck on?

The shaft of the throwout bearing fork May also be stuck.

the old boy i got it off never used the pto only the loader and back for splitter etc so with me moving the hand clutch maybe it has will try after work tomorrow and if that works will try to see if i can get the pto working

ok finally got a chance to look at problem and looks like shaft maybe stuck from pulling the hand lever and it has been run for about 15 minutes any ideas on repair or damage done

No damage done. I once forgot the lever after jumping off to take off the suction hose, and when i was 500 meter from home with the slurry tank, it started loosing power and smoking. I released the lever and it instantly gave full power again. No damage just a few euro worth of friction plate worn off.

Attack the shaft with WD40 and a small hammer, or a pipe wrench.

Well thanks Renze with your help i solved my problem turned out the 540 1000 handle was not locked in properly so after removing the 3 bolts and lifting off the selector and lots of wd40 down hole got it moving and can select both speeds and have hydraulics again:) cheers from New Zealand

Now onto the no brakes problem spongy on the left nothing on the right wish me luck:)
