Dear all
The front headlights on our 92 7245 are constantly filling up with water .
Ive tried emtying them and cleaning them out and reassembling but after a few days they are half full of water again.
Ive looked carefully at the lenses and there are no cracks so I cant figure where water is getting in.
Anyone any ideas?
Thanks in advance
Robert

Yep, we have a couple of self-draining blinker lights on old Volvos here too...:)

I'm not familar with the headlights on the 7245 but in case its not a sealed beam I came across a similar problem on a car before. It turned out that the rubber seal surrounding the bulb was defective allowing moist air to enter past the bulb. That was O.K. until the bulb cooled and the moisture condensed which resulted in water in the headlight. Replacing the seal cured the problem.
Pat.
