7340 brakes dragging

I have a 7340 that the right brake fails to release. I have pulled the actuator out and cleaned it. Springs OK, no rust, don't see any problems. Any ideas? Should I replace the springs or the acutator. Don't want to have to pull the half-axle again.

Thats a master cylinder problem. Replace the right foot brake cylinder. I had same problem.

A leaky master cylinder causes that the brake wont release ? Or that the brake wont engage ?? Are we talking about the same thing here ?

The brake cylynder is retracting properly. The brakes are not releasing internally.

Any suggestions?
