7711 pulling bad to right

I have a 7711 with the power assist ram. It is pulling bad to the right. You can't let go of the wheel if you do its going to pull right! I can't figure out how to adjust the ram to make it stop pulling. Can anyone please help ? Thanks in advance for any help.

jack up front end off the ground. at the end of the ram pointing to the cab there is a clamp. loosen it and turn the piston i dont remember if its clockwise or anti clickwise but when you do it right the wheels will straighten

I can't get the piston to turn. Should it take a lot of force to turn it?
