Hi I notice my 7745 turbo is leaking a slight trickle of water between heads 2&3, I am told it could be the frost plug. What is involved in replacing this.

Take the head off, drill a hole in the frost plug so you can stick a screwdriver in it to poke it out, place new frost plug and hammer the dent out of it so it expands, with a drawbar bolt for example. Make sure to scrape all loose rust from the bead before putting a new one in. sandpaper the heads clean if the head gasket was good, if the head gasket blew instead of the frost plug was rusted, skim the head at a rebuild shop before putting it back with a new gasket.
