Some, if they had assister rams, had an additional piston pump in the RH side of the clutch housing which only worked the assister ram. In my opinion it was a stupid system since it was lifting the ram all the time and then let down by the control valve when it got over hight, with the result that the hydraulics were rising and lowering all the time, which caused the assister ram seals to give out. Later models only had the one pump, in the LH side of the housing, and later models,8111 onwards , I believe, had a larger capacity pump.
The second gear pump in the RH side of the housing is for steering only.
The pump that works the Hi-lo, PTO and 4WD if fitted is on the back of the plate that the other pumps are on and can't be got at without splitting the tractor.
I think you had better check the hyd pressures on the rear coupling of the tractor and on the lift side of the loader spool valve, which should be the same, since there can be a port relief valve in some valve packs which can give trouble
