I have a Zetor 8011, bought it this spring.
I used the tractor in the spring and noticed that the hydraulic
pump started to whine. Everything works. The whining is gone if I put the pump in off.
I cleaned the twin mesh filters (with the clip on the lid) and the filter with the fine mesh disks inside.
Then I turned the pump on and at first the pump was quiet.
slowly it started wining again. Oil level is at the mark.
My question is; are there any other filters for the hydraulics?
Is there a filter on the suction side of the pump?
I appreciate your reply.

Unusual. Are you sure the spool valve is not either foreward or back causing the relief valve to blow ?

I wish I could be any help here!
Since we are on this topic, can you please tell me where did you find the hydraulic filter? I see one spin on filter on the left side of the transmission which must be the transmission filter but can't locate the hydraulic filter. I see one place on the right side of the transmission with a gripping cap but I'm not brave enough to try to open it! I purchased hydraulic filter for 8011 like the one for fuel filters!
Your help is appreciated.

Thanks.

The spin on filter on the left of the gearbox filters the oil that returns from the TA.
The other filter is the main hydraulic pump suction filter.park the tractor either steep uphill or with left side higher, remove the wire lid strap and lift off the lid and the the washable filter.
If when you have put it back together and the hydraulics dont work, then face it down the steepest slope you can find and rev up the engine. If this fails then slacken the big banjo bolt where the pipe comes out of the pump and air will come out followed by oil.

Torque Amplifier-- the hare/tortoise lever under the steering column.
There is a way of putting photos on but I don't know how.
But its easy to use the upload function here:

Hi again,
I have yet to understand what is what!!
Please help me answer these questions.
1- is it the engine oil returned from TA and filtered by the spin on filter on the left side of the gear box? Nothing to to with the transmission/Hydraulic oil?
2- There is a sewer pipe like cap right beside the TA filter and wonder what this is for? Is there anything inside which needs to be cleaned?
3- there is a drain right under the TA filter ( pointing down). Sure is not the engine oil or Hydraulic/ trans fluid. Anything to do with TA? If oil required, from where, how much and which kind?
4- I can't engage my torque multiplier. Anything to do with above? It happened after not using the tractor for this long long winter here in Canada!
Your help is appreciated. Thanks

1. Its only gearbox oil
2. The big cap contains a washable gauze filter for the main hydraulic pump.
3. I think its a tapping for oil from the TA system to be taken to an oil cooler, but I may stand to be corrected on this. Its not a drain.
4.No idea why if its a hydraulic problem, but first, with a problem like this check that the lever under the steering wheel is actually connected to the lever where it comes out of the gearbox, The ball-and-socket linkages can come undone easily under the floor.
