When is bad head gasket, or broken head you will see bubbles in water cooler when motor is hot and running, usually in water is a little bit of oil.
If you have many water in oil you have bad cylinder liners seals (usually if is used not quality antifreeze).
FIll motor with water, do not start motor and wait few hours. If water disappears, you have to replace cylinder liners seals.

8045 motors typ 8001 has heat exchanger oil-water in crankcase, but I never saw some broken.
If you have new type motor 8401 that one is on right side near cab. Also check this.

Repairing is not expensive.

Is your Zetor smoking ? What colour ?

May I add that should it be the head gasket, then get the cooling system checked - maybe it has a blocked radiator? Many Zetors in NZ suffer from this, and a simple clean of the radiator will stop it happening again ( well, you have to replace the gasket too of course! )
