gday all from Australia again, so I have came across a 8145 not running reasonably cheap and was wondering how compatable is it to my 8011?

as far as I was aware they both ran the same motors? but what else and would it be a problem taking the engine out of mine and putting it into this other one to make a running 4wd zetor?

AFAIK the motors swap right over. The 8145 had balancer shafts though, should run a bit smoother.

We've done that swap.most things fit. Cooling pipes to the sump are a bit different and a new bracket for the steering oil tank will have to be made. keep all the fuel equipment on the engine it came with, injector pumps are not interchangeable, splines and timing is wrong, otherwise its easy. pistons and liners are interchangeable, but not crank and oil pump.
