8520 power shift issue

Just bought an 8520 with about 3000 hrs on it.
I was cutting hay and driving in 4th gear with power shift in low it keeps going into high without moving the lever.
The linkage under the cab looks ok.
Does anybody else have this problem, will this damage the pto clutch ?

Has that tractor got air working the splitters? like all them models if so, the air is leaking out and putting it into high. The tractor is in high all the time and the air splitters reduce the speed when pressed.

Not air operated on that range. Could try changing and cleaning filters. Is oil level okay?
