I'm on my 4th one and never any starting problems, accept when I had a wire come off the heater relay( behind the nose cone arround the horn or lights area) which meant no heater, hard starting.

Hi,

Does it crank over okay or cranks but doesn't fire. If it's the latter then check your glowplugs (or thermostart on the early models).
