Hi Art,
The spool valve control lever is the small knob beside the hitch raise/lower lever. This is spring centered to off. You can lock this lever - with knurled knob - to pump oil to one QD (Quick Disconnect) and return on the other QD. Locking the lever in the other position reverses the oil flow.
